Dealer finally found a fix after 3 trips. They tried lubricating, replacing actuator motor and finally replaced the latch assembly. The final one fixed it.My CTS coupe has 20K miles and is nearing it's third oil change. Each of the first two oil changes occurred at 7K mile intervals with a quart of oil needing to added at around 5K miles into that interval.
